I go thru the quicklane for my company fleet service every 5000 miles and show up at 6:45 to be one of the first if not the first customer. I have been dissapointed with the lack of speed to get a oil c every 5000 miles and show up at 6:45 to be one of the first if not the first customer. I have been dissapointed with the lack of speed to get a oil change and tire rotation. But this time took the cake it was 90 minutes from the time I went to the customer lounge till I got the phone call it was ready. I went to the service counter to do the paper work and get my keys. Unfortunately it was another 30 minutes before I finally had my keys in hand. They gave me some excuse about the truck being parked far out and the guy washing vehicles lost track of it. If I come to the quick lane for an oil change I expect maybe 30 minutes tops! If i can go thru jiffy lube or any other quick oil change provider there is no excuse as a worker that Im very easy to identify since wearing a uniform and the fact it is a fleet vehicle. Why is there not better attention to the time it takes since Im waiting to start my work day till I can drive away? Get your QUICKLANE service times somewhere in the realm of QUICK. Im tired of wasting my day waiting to start the clock due to your service dept lack of organization! More

I took my 96 Bronco in to have a few thousands dollars’ worth of repairs made to assure it was dependable for me to drive being seventy-five year old woman. I wanted assurance that I would be safe on the road. The Bronco went back several times for an ongoing leak, even having triple A tow it over, because I did not want to break down. Each time the leak was fixed right, with the vehicle returned four times, only to have the leak return. I even took photos and video from where i crawled under and saw it leaking, only for them to tell me they spent hours putting pressure tests and running my Bronco for hours, but couldn’t find the root cause, maybe this or that, yet i saw it and took photos and you cant simply look at and find location, I did. I took to another Ford dealer to have another item fixed due to the costs Gary Yeoman quoted me at, way to high.. While repairing the new Dealer called me and sent photos of the Radiator that was leaking. The new Ford dealer fixed and refiled and topped off the radiator not charging me a dime. The kicker is, the original paperwork from the first visit in writing shows that Gary Yeoman Ford broke and replaced the radiator wothout telling me, charging me over a hundred dollars to fill and top off what was broken by them the leak they couldnt find and fix. Thank goodness the new Ford dealer is honest and trustworthy; Gary Yeoman Ford is not a dealer you can trust. More

This dealership was hands down the best ever. I purchase a car in Key West. I stopped in Daytona at the dealership for a check up for the drive to Maine.
