Parts and Service Work I took my 2011 Mustang GT in to have a Touring Package muffler system installed on the car. My experience from ordering the parts for the service thro I took my 2011 Mustang GT in to have a Touring Package muffler system installed on the car. My experience from ordering the parts for the service through to the final installation was terrific. Paul Thiel, Service Rep, placed the order for the muffler system assembly from Ford Racing, told me when it would arrive at the dealership, and gave me a quoted price for parts and labor combined. I had also received information and counsel from Kent Hanssen (Engine Tech) and Lonnie Wagner (Accessories Specialist) regarding the system that would best meet my needs. The parts arrived at the dealership on the day promised, Paul was able to schedule the job for the next work day, and the final price came out to exactly what Paul had quoted. And the performance and sound of the muffler system is exactly what I was hoping for. Overall, a great experience! Thanks More

They are always right on with both the service and the personal relationship. The staff there is so friendly and eager to keep you informed of the situation. Often, the service is completed before I can get settled in the waiting room. My last service was yesterday and it was just a required oil change and general inspection. I was surprised at how quickly they completed the job, washed the vehicle and checked me out and I was on my way. Great place to do business, and Yes, I will by my next vehicle through Gary Yeoman. One of the very best shops I have ever used. This dealer has a quick lube building that is not connected to the shop. It makes it fast and easy to get an oil/filter change as well as tire rotation if needed.All employee's are friendly and know what they are doing.The shop is spotless clean and if you have a certain person you like, You just ask if they could be the person doing your service. My person is Willie and he is great. He does not get oil all over my car and the few drops from changing the sideways filter are wiped clean by him. He checks everything to be sure your car is safe and ready to go. I have not needed the shop for any work but I have had friends that did and they were very happy with the service and work done for them. All car dealers need to come see how to treat and serve their customers like this place does. More

Bluetooth/radio/transmission I dropped my truck off on Monday 06-17 to have them check out the truck as I was about to have 36,000 miles and would lose the factory warranty. I was I dropped my truck off on Monday 06-17 to have them check out the truck as I was about to have 36,000 miles and would lose the factory warranty. I was concerned for 2 reasons, one the amount of trouble I have had with the transmission which has been worked on many many times and 2 the static that occurs before the phone on the receiving party starts to ring. The dealership did check the truck and said all was well but was unable to correct the static that occurs when placing a call thru the Bluetooth which was heard by Peggy when I left the truck with them. According to the the person working on it said they contacted Ford and they were not able to pin point the problem in order to correct it. He further stated that he thought it was a phone problem so I took it to Verizon and them do a complete annalist of the phone and they could not find anything wrong with it even after testing it thru their Bluetooth device. Ed Bentley stated that there were going to be engineers there on 06-25 and this subject would be discussed at that time and he would call me on the 26th. Having not heard for him I called him on the 27th and was told the engineers were not aware of this issue and have to do more research when they returned from where ever they came from and get back to him. This issue has been to the dealership many times for the same reason, without being fixed. I'm now waiting on the response from the Ford engineers as to resolving this issue, hopefully it will be soon as this has been going on for a long time. The service rendered by all the dealership personal has always been outstanding and even this time it was great, but it is very frustrating. when the static occurs when we use the Bluetooth.
