In this case a month after my purchase I was experiencing frustration with the technical functions in my car. What a pleasure it was to phone Congo and without hesitation or a moment’s thought he immediately took ownership of the issue and not only put me in touch with the correct person who could help but continued to own the issue until my car was returned. He touched base with me regularly and made me feel special and cared about. Great place! Their Quick lube setup is tremendous!! Showed up without an appointment. Very nice person met me and recorded my needs, went into the waiting area which had a cafe. The general manager, Jeromie Allen, has refused to give this 74 year old US NAVY VETERAN my personal property! that was taken from me by the sales manager, Luis Pena. I bought a double cab 2008 Silverado this 74 year old US NAVY VETERAN my personal property! that was taken from me by the sales manager, Luis Pena. I bought a double cab 2008 Silverado pickup truck about 3 months ago. It was perfect for me and my wife who is disabled in a wheelchair. As part of the sales deal I received some GYF business cards to be redeemed for tanks of gas. Last week, when I went there to get some fuel, Luis Pena asked to see the cards, then refused to give them back, claiming they were his because his name was printed on the front of the card. That’s as stupid as claiming they still own my truck because GYF is printed on the back bumper!!! Don’t buy all that “we love veterans” hype. They sure haven’t treated this veteran right. I want my property back, Jeromiie Allen!!!! Veterans are men and women of HONOR!! You should be the same!!! More

Heard brake noises, battery whatever, change oil,, on and on. So I went to dealership, Pulled in , they said, let’s get Marion and she’ll work with you on this. So, Ms Lincoln lady put me on the schedule right then and there, and, car was completed the next day since the parts had to come in... with a lot of work done. So glad to have it done though since wife will be using it. Marion even made the pain of the bill feel like it was a free oil change...well, almost. Cane down from Pgh, bought a Hyundai Palisade for the trip and now I want to trade it in with all of its 1345 miles for a Lincoln so I can deal with the Lincoln lady! Amen More
