My wife and I moved to Florida from Indiana last year and have had some disappointing experiences in the past, however this one was very good. Everyone that I met and worked with was very professional and knowledgeable from start to finish. After visiting nearly a dozen dealerships I finally went to Gary Yeomans Ford (I was born into a Chevy family so even stepping on the lot was against family policy!). The Ford Mustang was my car of choi to Gary Yeomans Ford (I was born into a Chevy family so even stepping on the lot was against family policy!). The Ford Mustang was my car of choice as I was looking for a little more power than my current grocery getter. Chris Hallett was extremely versed regarding the details of the Mustang which gave me the knowledge to make a well informed decision... get the Mustang! In all the dealerships I had visited I felt like I was being talked into a car simply over price but was not 100% satisfied with the actual vehicle. At Gary Yeomans Ford I found the right car, at the right price and did not have to sacrafice anything with my new vehicle. Finally, I'm 100% satisfied with the vehicle I'm driving and the wife gets the grocery getter! Thank you Gary Yeomans Ford. More
John, Kristen and Patric, were so helpful in putting me in a new truck. All 3 of them bent over backwards to help me. The employees we dealt with were very friendly and willing to answer any questions we had. John Chariton explained many of the features the F-150 had before we decided to buy it and offered to setup willing to answer any questions we had. The employees even stayed after closing hours to allow us to make the purchase while we were there. The dealership has a good selection of trucks to choose from. I went to several dealerships trying to find a truck that had the features that I wanted. I finally found it online and John provided us with a quote before we went to see it. There are a couple of negatives, I'd like to mention. This dealership does have a lot of fees that add to the purchase price and I think they should give the buyer the option of adding some of the upgrades instead of already having them on the truck and adding it to the price. I didn't mind the window tint and bedliner. I'm not a big fan of bug deflectors either, but when I saw that is was chrome colored and goes great with the trim on the front of the truck, I didn't have a problem with it. I'm not a fan of pinstripes and was thinking I could peel it off later, but I was told they are hand-painted. More
I am going to be honest; I wasn't looking to buy another Ford. Especially after having three that were either lemons or had major mechanical and electrical issues. Diving deeper, those weren't reall another Ford. Especially after having three that were either lemons or had major mechanical and electrical issues. Diving deeper, those weren't really issues at all; it was the Dealership who refused to help me fix the problems. I had turned my back on Ford and wasn't looking back. After months of looking for a replacement vehicle for my Ford Flex, my wife and I came to the conclusion that, for the price and size, the Flex was the best in its class. Hesitant, we decided to take that leap (again) and buy another Ford Flex. I am pretty sure all of our friends and family thought we were crazy since they knew firsthand what was going on with our current Flex. Crazy or not, we made the commitment and started our research. After searching for weeks for the perfect Flex and contacting dealers (and phone negotiating) I was exhausted. I was done and ready to give up. However, my wife was not. She did some more research and found this little gem at a dealership in Daytona. I called the dealership to make sure the vehicle was still there. I was ready to battle another dealership with over the phone negotiations and fake promises (Wayne Akers Ford promised $22,000 OTD for a new Flex which we later found out was complete xx) but was running short on patience. My expectations completed changed when John Chariton answered the phone. After asking John if the Flex I wanted was still there he said he would call me back as he wanted to physically touch the car on the lot. A couple minutes later John called back and said that it was still here and that he pulled it around the back so no one else looks at it. I didn't have to ask, he just did it. I immediately knew that Gary Yeoman’s was different. After arriving at the dealership (of course the two vehicles we were trading in, an Econoline and our previous Flex, started acting up which delayed our arrival) we were greeted by the friendliest dealership I have ever been to. Since we were delayed John was working on another deal but we were directed to Salomon, another salesman who was nice and very helpful. We test drove the Flex which only solidified my love for it. Every issue I had in my current Flex was not present in the new one. Happy, we started dealing. This is where I expected the fun times to end. However, to my surprise the experience wasn't stressful and went quickly. A few hours later we drove away in our new Flex, completely satisfied. The next morning, I noticed that there were a couple of small issues (hand print on the headliner and a small scratch on the front bumper). I called John and he said bring it down and he would fix it. After arriving back at the dealership, I was greeted by Troy and John. John was working on another deal however Troy was able to help me. Not only did I get breakfast for free (they have an onsite chef!) but they also put me into a loaner car so that I didn't spend all day at the dealership. After the Flex was fixed, John personally drove it back to me with a full tank of gas. You cannot ask for a better experience than this. John, Troy and Salomon went above and beyond what I was expecting from a dealership. After having been burned by many others, I am once again happy about driving a Ford. Although I live 50+ miles away, it is worth the drive to have them service my vehicle. On a side note, we went back a couple weeks later and purchased a new Ford Fusion. I tell you this dealership is a diamond! Plan on future sales from my family. Thanks for the great service and experience! More

My wife and I had been looking to replace our 2000 Expedition. We had been searching the internet for about 6 months. We were not in a hurry or extremely motivated, as our vehicle was working fine, Expedition. We had been searching the internet for about 6 months. We were not in a hurry or extremely motivated, as our vehicle was working fine, but we wanted to upgrade. In January of 2013, we finally found one that fit all of our needs at Gary Yeomans Ford in Daytona. We called and talked to Carlos Calzada and worked out all the details. They actually had two 2007 Expedition Limited ELs that were mostly the same. He held them both for us until we got down there and picked the one we wanted. Carlos was extremely patient with us as we took over an hour driving and looking over the details of each one and changing our minds a couple of times. He was very fair during the negotiations on the price and he was very kind and mannerly during the whole process. He had the service department detail it and he also ordered a missing part on one of the seats and had it shipped to us. He has followed up with us on two occasions in the month since we bought it just to see if everything is still okay with the vehicle. I am very pleased with the service we received from Gary Yeomans, especially Carlos Calzada. I would definitely use them again for our next vehicle purchase. Clay Culpepper Tallahassee, FL More
Luke was extremely helpful and eager to find us a car we liked. We started looking at a Focus, decided it was too small, and he found us just what we wanted in a Fusion. Great car and great service. He was also very accommodating with getting us back in for pinstriping, setting up blue tooth, etc. once we got the car. The only bad thing we've experienced is we still don't have clear title to the car. Your title department is not quite as responsive as Luke was in sales! But overall, great dealership to work with.
