We recently purchased a 2013 Ford F-150 STX from Gary Yeomans Ford. Our salesperson was Jason Cates. We initially had our sights set on a new Lincoln MKZ, but after considerable thought about our curre Yeomans Ford. Our salesperson was Jason Cates. We initially had our sights set on a new Lincoln MKZ, but after considerable thought about our current automotive needs, we did an about face and told Jason, who had been helping us (in showroom visits and tests drives) with the MKZ, that we were interested in purchasing an F-150 instead. Jason handled our 'change of direction' seamlessly and was instrumental in helping us find EXACTLY the truck we were looking for. Initially, we thought we had found one in a Miami dealership, but the truck we had put a deposit on and were interested in there had just been sold. Jason put us in a new F-150 loaner to use while our search for a new truck went on. Jason kept in constant touch with us and kept up the search on our behalf. We realized that 2013 STXs were rapidly disappearing from dealer inventories all over the region. Jason located another STX in a Panama City dealership that was equipped perfectly. He arranged to have the truck brought to Gary Yeomans within the next day or so. We came back, saw the truck, drove the truck and finalized the financing and other paperwork very quickly. The entire experience was a very positive one for us. I might add that Jason Cates also assisted us with the purchase of some important accessories, including a trailer hitch 'scan' which has proven to be a great tool. Jason is a very personable young man. He is knowledgeable about the entire range of Ford and Lincoln products and worked tirelessly with us to get our deal done. I have given the rating I have becuase everyone who helped me buy my new 2013 Ford Fusion was great. I knew Ray from getting my old car serviced at the dealer. When it was time to buy my new car Ray di helped me buy my new 2013 Ford Fusion was great. I knew Ray from getting my old car serviced at the dealer. When it was time to buy my new car Ray directed me to my saleman Michael. Michael was so nice and made me feel really comfortable when dicussing the financing of the new vehicle. He was able to get money for my old car and worked with the financing department to help get me the best deal I could. After I made my decision and purchased the new vehicle I got to work with Juan who was great at showing me how my new car sync system works. And after I took the car home I had more questions and Juan told me to come by anytime and he would help me which he did. Both Ray and Michael have follwed up with me to see how my car is doing and how I am enjoying it. It's amazing how much our cars are apart of our daily lives and it feels great to be driving a Ford.
