We were looking for a new Mustang Convertible and this was our first stop. We never felt pressured or rushed. Chaz Nunery was very helpful and spent time trying to find all the different models so we could test drive them and make the right decision. They truly have a sales TEAM at George Yeomans. Everyone is friendly and tries to make you feel comfortable. We love our new car and felt we got a decent price. We will return to Yoemans when we want another car and will ask for Chaz again! More

Initial distrust of car salesmen. We stopped at Gary Yeomans Ford just to look at what was on the lot. I wanted a truck and had an idea of what I was looking for. I don't care to talk to pushy salesmen, but was pleasantly surprised after talking to Chaz Nunery. He worked with us with out being pushy or making me feel rushed. We found a used truck that fit my budget, I was given a fair price on my trade in and I didn't walk out feeling I overpaid for my vehicle. He even personally delivered it to where I work and picked up the loaner I had. I would recommend doing business with Gary Yeomans and plan on bringing them my repeat business! More

Both the shop and sales department here are 100% first class I just had my tires rotated and The Mechanic named "Willie" did the job for me. He did a perfect job of rotating my tires and then he checked my car v I just had my tires rotated and The Mechanic named "Willie" did the job for me. He did a perfect job of rotating my tires and then he checked my car very thoroughly such as oil, Brake pads and refilled my washer fluid. He also topped of my tires with nitrogen. I have no complaints at all. I also test drove a 2015 Mustang while I was there. The salesman was William Bacmeister and he was very knowledgeable on everything on the 2015 Mustang.He was just plain excellent and treated me perfect even though I told him I was not ready to make a purchase. He was a real gentlemen. When I do get ready to trade up I'm hoping he is still there. More

I had a great sandwhich at the cafe. I checked My mail, and they shocked me!!!! My car was ready!! You cant do better the That. The best buying, and service I have ever experienced, even with cars that I have paid 3x more to own. Nothing else to say. More

Thanks to Jason Kates for the hard work, dedication and co My wife and I have just returned from the most wonderful Ford Car Sales experience ever !!! Thanks to Jason Kates for the hard work, dedication and compassion you demonstrated during the sales and financing process. Mario was terrific and made the deal signing process FIRST Rate. We drove from Lakeland, Florida after being given the proverbial "Run around" from Lakeland Auto Mall and Bartow Ford. The drive was well worth it and just wished I had followed the recommendation from a close friend and gone to Gary Yeoman's Ford Lincoln first. Live and learn they say. I recommend the Presidents Award be given to everyone at Gary Yeomans Ford Lincoln for 2014 and 2015. The 2014 Ford Focus Titanium HB SE is a wonderful car, smooth and quiet and very fuel efficient and has everything in it imaginable. FORD has GONE FURTHER for us and we thank everyone for their 5 star service. We brought the Ford Focus 5 Door Hatchback Titanium back for a window tinting and to gave a few personal requested items professionally placed on the car and Jason Kates, the service Department hit it out of the park again. The car now looks super. The drive to Gary Yeomans Ford Lincoln may seem long and tedious from Lakeland but WELL WORTH THE HEADACHE going through Orlando area and attraction area traffic congestion. I am eternally grateful to everyone at Gary Yeomans Ford Lincoln for everything that has been done to make this new car a reality. More

Always great service I have had my F-150 pickup since Nov 2013 and with 45000 mi. I have had the required service done by Gary Yeoman's Ford each and every time. They are I have had my F-150 pickup since Nov 2013 and with 45000 mi. I have had the required service done by Gary Yeoman's Ford each and every time. They are always right on with both the service and the personal relationship. The staff there is so friendly and eager to keep you informed of the situation. Often, the service is completed before I can get settled in the waiting room. My last service was yesterday and it was just a required oil change and general inspection. I was surprised at how quickly they completed the job, washed the vehicle and checked me out and I was on my way. Great place to do business, and Yes, I will by my next vehicle through Gary Yeoman. More

One of the very best shops I have ever used. This dealer has a quick lube building that is not connected to the shop. It makes it fast and easy to get an oil/filter change as well as tire rotatio This dealer has a quick lube building that is not connected to the shop. It makes it fast and easy to get an oil/filter change as well as tire rotation if needed.All employee's are friendly and know what they are doing.The shop is spotless clean and if you have a certain person you like, You just ask if they could be the person doing your service. My person is Willie and he is great. He does not get oil all over my car and the few drops from changing the sideways filter are wiped clean by him. He checks everything to be sure your car is safe and ready to go. I have not needed the shop for any work but I have had friends that did and they were very happy with the service and work done for them. All car dealers need to come see how to treat and serve their customers like this place does. More
