A fair and pleasant experience I was in the area 2 hours from my home in Ocala and decided to look at Explorers as I considered trading my f 150 that was 6 years old. The young sale I was in the area 2 hours from my home in Ocala and decided to look at Explorers as I considered trading my f 150 that was 6 years old. The young salesman presented the facility well and we started with a quick lunch in the cafe....then reviewed several possible choices.....found one I liked....and negotiated....soon going thru several sales managers.....but all was friendly and never overpowering.....or I would have walked. We finally found where his bottom $ and my high $ met and the deal made.....paperwork done in about an hour.....drove the "new" car ( a 2017 with 11400 miles) home.....smooth drive averaged 26 mpg too. I was pleased and would do business with them again despite a 2 hour drive......and someone will enjoy my old f150.....it was pampered. More

F350 not fixed Took a 2015 F350 in for LOW DEF fluid light on. Even though tank was full. All they did was re-flash the ECU hoping the light would go off. Very Poor Took a 2015 F350 in for LOW DEF fluid light on. Even though tank was full. All they did was re-flash the ECU hoping the light would go off. Very Poor communication. We spoke to the service advisor and told them we believed there to be something wrong with the actual sensor and to check it. Actually put your eyes on it! They took $250.00 to re-flash the ECU and $25.00 in shop fees?? Really does a floor mat and seat protector cost that? A total of $280.00 down the drain. They didn't drive the truck far enough to realize the light would just come back on shortly after, work order states they took it 15 miles. It's worth the drive to Bozard Ford in St. Augustine to fix your vehicle right the first time. More
