Last service I’ve been going to Gary Yeoman Service Ctr since a vehicle was leased in Nov of 2015. Usually it has been a quick and efficient experience. I did notice that the manager there changed and didn’t see the friendly gentlemen the last two times. On an earlier service my key fobs we’re not working right and still under warranty I thought. This was mentioned to the service writer. The response was a question, “ Do I know how to replace the battery?” So Of course I went and replaced it although I thought it would have been covered under warranty. However, the last service was extremely long. My car sat on the rack for a long time without anyone working on it. There seemed to be one mechanic who was on the phone a lot. After over two hours of waiting, we asked the service writer what was up since the car was not being attended to. Shortly after we notified the service writer. they completed the job. They came out to notify us that the car was ready. Also, there was no charge which was nice of them to comp. Luckily, we didn’t have plans to go anywhere after the service. Hope this doesn’t happen too often in the future. More

Complete Service Center My vehicle was involved in an accident. The mechanical shop replaced the entire rear end of my F-150. The body shop fixed the damage, and their Quick My vehicle was involved in an accident. The mechanical shop replaced the entire rear end of my F-150. The body shop fixed the damage, and their Quick Change Lanes changed my oil and rotated the tires. When I go to The Dealership, I feel like family, treated like a VIP and have no problems. I recommend you give them a try. More

Believe every word of the Gary Yoemans Promise I am not sure how these guys pull this off, but they write the best deals in the most pleasant, low key/low pressure environment. And, the go way beyond normal in customer service. Just returned an MK Z lease and bought a 2018 MKZ we came out with the Z and a loaner from a Ford dealer 190 miles away, where the trade in was being serviced. Not only did we get a great deal- I mean great!- but they arranged to take the loaner back to the Ford Dealer and pick up the trade. We drove back home to the Tampa Bay Area in the new car and they did e erything else. I have sent several friends there and they have been treated the same. This time around I was working with Brian Farrell and Matt Gilley in sales along with John Farrell, the Sales Manager (the "make it happen" guy). And Luis Pena in Finance. Also dealt with an Owner Relations guy named Jason, I believe, who was very helpful with the lease return. Just a great experience and a great outcome. And in the case of one of my friends. You can do it online, email and phone and they'll deliver the car to you. He was in the hospital with a totaled car and got his new car on hides driveway 160 miles from them when he got home. More
