A great experience I came in to visit and inquire about my mustang and it’s issues. Communication was alright for the service end but eventually I had to do all the calling and inquiring which isn’t right. Come to find out, after going to the center myself, Jeff, the sales director, wanted to buy it back and get me in a new vehicle due to all of the issues. The sales crew took care of me immediately and eventually got me in a brand new F-150, a way better option that my mustang. I couldn’t be happier! Jeff, John Farrel, and Josh S. Took care of me from start to finish. They made a terrible service experience become a great experience in which I plan to continue my business with Gary Yeomans. More

Oil Change I am on my second Edge lease and this was my first service with the car. I did not know that a first service was free so that automatically made me s I am on my second Edge lease and this was my first service with the car. I did not know that a first service was free so that automatically made me smile. I also had a recall notice. Bruce Schaaf told me it could be up to 3 hours for the service...now I was not happy because I hadn't planned for that. Nonetheless, in a mere two hours, service was complete including the complimentary car wash. I love this place and Bruce, as all of the guys there, was very nice and accommodating. Kudos to Tech Kyle Clancy too (my son is a Mercedes Tech so I know how hard the techs work)! I never hesitate to recommend Gary Yeoman's and the top notch staff there....you too Dustin! More

Repair work My back-up camera quit working and I contacted Gary Boyle the Service Manager who asked me to drop by when it was convenient so he could look at my F- My back-up camera quit working and I contacted Gary Boyle the Service Manager who asked me to drop by when it was convenient so he could look at my F-150, which I did on Friday the 21st. He did some testing and determined the camera needed to be replaced and set an appointment for me to come back on Monday the 24th at 7:30 am. He arranged for me a ride to my office while my truck was being fixed and in about 3 hours later Gary L. called and said my truck was fixed and someone was on their way to my office to pick me up and take me to the dealership, which they did. Just a nice dealership and the service was perfect I went for the "WORKS" which includes tire rotation as well as oil & filter change, My car is a 2012 Mustang and I always had one guy do all of my ser I went for the "WORKS" which includes tire rotation as well as oil & filter change, My car is a 2012 Mustang and I always had one guy do all of my service so I had a new guy this time, His name is Michael and he did a really excellent job and he will be my guy from now on. The old guy Willie retired and I will miss seeing him at service time. I had breakfast in their great restaurant at a great price. The best and greatest thing about Gary Yeoman's Ford is the do "NOT" try to sell you anything your car does not need like most car dealers do. Just honest friendly people that do good honest work on your car. No, I do not work there or related to Gary.I just like a nice honest place. More

We just finished a lease for a Purchased a new 2018 Ford Escape Titanium this past weekend. This is my second car transaction with Gary Yeomans Ford. We just finished a lease for a 2016 Ford Titanium. As you can see, I like the Ford Escape Titanium. The SUV is great. If it wasn’t for Mike “Congo” Fuguet I probably wouldn’t have come back since I live one county over in Seminole County. Congo worked with me for both transactions. Congo is a man with high integrity that you can trust. I appreciate Congo and his expertise. Also, Patrick Peabody, the Finance Manager is excellent. He definitely knows his job and explains everything thoroughly. Overall my purchase experience was enjoyable and very positive because of the services provided by Congo and Patrick. Highly recommend, A+++++! More
