I was snubbed by a Service Advisor on an Oil Change/Tire Rotation as the Shop was too busy. Went to Service Advisor Steve Rothe and after hearing the situation, got my truck right in and then didn't charge Rotation as the Shop was too busy. Had to go to service for two nails in two tires, or so I thought. Lee Mercier was phenomenal and awesome. He was honest with me and told me that I didn't have to patch two tires. My scheduled appointment was for recall service was 9:30AM. Made a point to verify length of service and was advised 2 hours. When I brought the vehicle in, I was advised 5+ hours...I had made the wrong type of schedule, nothing they can do. (I don't work in the service department nor the dealership and am unaware of how the business is run.) Bought my current vehicle from prior dealership (Palm Bay Ford) New car next year...not from Yeoman. More
As always the Service Rep was very courteous, knowledgeable and fast. Ford Mechanics were at the top of their game and also friendly. Made a trip to the Parts Dept and had the same problem as alw knowledgeable and fast. Ford Mechanics were at the top of their game and also friendly. Mr. Yeoman's efforts to achieve a 5 i I am new to Palm Bay and have heard some troublesome comments about Gary Yeoman Ford, Let me put it all to rest. Mr. Yeoman's efforts to achieve a 5 in service, is showing through. I am old school and have an older Ford Diesel that I love. Which means it is not a new computer controlled or diagnosable. Recently had a repair that didn't yield expected results. This is where service truly shows, what the organization is all about. Without any negativity, the team took the truck back in and turned it around before lunch. For me that speaks volumes, and a clear indicator for what is under the hood at Gary Yeoman Ford. Service when things go wrong, for me is more defining than replacing the items called out on the computer. Gary Yeoman Palm Bay Ford, now has their own speed dial. button.
