Great service! I stopped by for a oil change and a tire rotation. This dealership always has amenities available for waiting customers, but most importantly, a helpf I stopped by for a oil change and a tire rotation. This dealership always has amenities available for waiting customers, but most importantly, a helpful and friendly staff. Franklyn was my service advisor, and he was great! After informing me that my Mustang was free of problems, we cracked jokes until the paperwork printed. I love dealing with these folks, I always feel great leaving in my freshly washed ride. I seriously think their prices are any higher than any other dealer service around. For the most part, I want Ford parts used on my Ford truck and I am sure that is what I get there. I only regret the I can't buy a new vehicle from them every year or so. That is how much I think of them. More

Warning lite came on, instruction manual says take it to a Ford dealer, which I do. No cars on the lifts, only one car in the shop being worked on (Empty shop not making any money) and Sophia tells me to make an appointment, because the soonest opening is in two weeks! Drove home checked the on-line service appointment and there were opening starting the next day, lots of openings. Sophia needs to ask God for forgiveness for lying to me. I refuse to use this dealer ever again. More
Won't be back for service I had an issue with my 2004 Mustang where part of the exhaust broke off back in May 2016. I brought it to Palm Bay Ford because that's the most conve I had an issue with my 2004 Mustang where part of the exhaust broke off back in May 2016. I brought it to Palm Bay Ford because that's the most convenient Ford dealership to my house and had used them in the past for routine maintenance. My vehicle didn't need to be towed there as the issue wasn't crippling, so I drove it there after chatting with them over the phone. I ended up working with Steven Rothe, who set me up with the inspection and subsequent consultation. He told me the part needed to be ordered, but that day was the last day he was working before a vacation so someone would order it the next day and there would be a 3-4 day turn around for me to get my car back. After waiting a week and hearing absolutely nothing back from anyone, I called the dealership. I got bounced around between 3-4 different people before finally getting someone who told me that the part mistakenly was not ordered and that they would try to get it as quickly as possible. A few days later, they called me to tell me they had the part and were going to be taking my car to an outside mechanic to install the part, which I thought was weird in itself but whatever. When I went to pick my car up, I ended up with Steven again who assured me that this wasn't a common mistake and presented me with my bill - which was exactly what I was quoted. Normally, I don't argue on things I agreed to, but I had also agreed to having my car fixed a week earlier than it was, so I asked what they would do to offset my inconvenience. They went to the Parts manager who gave it to me "at cost" (what do I know of the actual cost) which was a savings of a whopping $20. I don't trust the people at Palm Bay Ford to take care of my car anymore. Even my regular maintenance is done by other places because, frankly, I don't want to be mistreated again. More

I would like to point out that no where is perfect and no one is perfect. But I can say Dave has helped at almost every single way of the car buying process and has gone above his duty to make sure his people are taken care of. I appreciate every little step that he has taken on direction with the car I have purchased and would recommend when buying a car from Palm Bay Ford to go to Dave Pariso! Wishing the service department could take some customer service lessons from this man. But Glenn at the head of the service department does a real fine well at keeping his people in track over there as well. More
Passing misdiagnosis charges on to the customer I had my 07 Ford F-150 in Palm Bay Ford for warranty service they inform me that I needed a wiring harness for my window they install the wiring harne I had my 07 Ford F-150 in Palm Bay Ford for warranty service they inform me that I needed a wiring harness for my window they install the wiring harness on the driver side and I pick my truck up my locks only on my driver's side didn't work no more now you telling me that it'll be an extra $300 to fix their electrical problem that didn't exist before I took my truck there took the backseat out and now my rear passenger seat belt doesn't retract anymore experience getting your truck back with a problem you didn't have when you dropped it off that's what I'm dealing with More
