Went to this dealership looking for a used car with good gas milage. We saw a 2008 Ford Focus, it was was priced at 12K.. when we sat down with the sales rep, Troy, told him what we wanted, he cam back tous gas milage. We saw a 2008 Ford Focus, it was was priced at 12K.. when we sat down with the sales rep, Troy, told him what we wanted, he cam back tous and said that they can knock off 2K.. when we were in the finance dept, we explained to Ryan our situation, and HE AGREED on the sale. We Signed the paperwork and drove off the lot. Just recently we had saw an ad for this dealership for a newer model. I called and voice my option to the sales manger, JIM HOUSE. He stated to me that the vechicle was discounted down 800 dollars, and that we got what we need and "TO BE HAPPY FOR WHAT I GOT". Not only are we out the money we put down, I found out that this vechile should have been sold no more then 9K. We found out that if we went with a newer model we could have had a lower carpayment, and we would not need their GAP insurance or extended warrenty. By the way, we had to purchase these items to meet the requirments of the beank in order to get a good interest rate.. I will not refer anyone to this location. we are out of 5K because of this!!! More
Mr. Sanders listened carefully to our needs and presented us with several options for lease or purchase. He was very courtious, and what little he did not know about the product he found out quickly and informed us. I was glad to do business with a dealership with personnel like this young man. The truth is that the entire sales team was wonderful, both the New Car Manager and Finance Manager stayed well past 10:00 PM to help complete the required paperwork and move all of our personel gear over to a new vehicle. Copy here and we may check about this with higher up. Also, gave us one key to Ford Taurus that can be programed. Other key went to a Mercury. Found out when went to Mercury place for help. This was done to us but we will make sure our friends and family know. Best or worst advertising is By Word of Mouth. I use to own my own business and we went out of the way to please customers and be honest. We also went out of the way to be understanding. Haven't had the business for some time but it still is in Vero. We hope good work, honest and polite people will continue to carry it's good name forward. We found a used Caddy that we were slightly interested in. Charles helped worked with us but actually sold us on a new Ford Escape. With the rebates and warranty he quickly convinced both myself and my husband to take a look. We did and we drove home leaving a 2005 Mercedes for a 2011 Ford Escape!
