Conveniently located off the interstate between I-75 and I-640, just a few minutes from downtown and The University of Tennessee. The state-of-the-art facility is over 13 acres, with all new equipment and includes a service center, parts department, and collision center. Additionally, we service commercial vehicles and motorhomes in our truck shop.
Our new vehicle department provides customers with a large selection of inventory, it also includes specialty vehicles like Roush Mustangs and Trucks, Sherrod, Stryker, Explorer Vans, and Black Widow. Had bought a Honda from here a couple of months ago, but wasn’t a good fit for me. Daniel, Zack, and Donnelle were great. They were able to get me into a 2024 ford escape. I was left with a bad situation from Lance Cunningham having my 2018 Roush F150 for over a year. The owner Gary meet with me and got truck back still had several issues so traded the truck in for a Rapto having my 2018 Roush F150 for over a year. The owner Gary meet with me and got truck back still had several issues so traded the truck in for a Raptor R that was brought up from Daytona Beach. The truck was delivered with paint flaws and electrical issues that was promised would be corrected. The truck was given back and was told it would be fixed. I was told the truck was ready a month later. The truck had more damage than what it was dropped off with. The Cluster was scratched and tailgate was also scratched and chipped. The passenger fender has a deep and long scratch on it. This gets worse the truck was delivered with days of bird crap and rain and dust. The truck was not touched the only thing done that was supposed to be done was the plastic tail gate cover. The beauty trim screws on wheels was replaced past that truck set there for over a month for no reason. Went in on Black Friday to meet and set down with the GM Jason and was told he had nothing to say to me that they have done all they could do. I had set there waiting for over an hour because I was told he was going to meet with me. I also have made 2 payments for the truck while in the care or lack there of. This place is a joke new owner same old games. My time is valuable but was disrespectful not only to me but also my family that I took time away. The fact is I spent over 200,000 in vehicles with in 2 weeks and get treated with the worst customer service. I hope Gary see this and contacts as I have tried to reach him as an owner but they do not make it easy to contact him. They do not stand behind the guarantees they post and they don’t treat their customers with these guarantees in mind. More
