Maintenance on back defroster and oil change I had to wait for my car in the customer lounge and I did not mind cause it was clean and relaxing area. I did not know that the back defroster wires could get corroded and that is why they were not working. Now they are working very good. So I was educated on what could go wrong with my car. The employees where polite and kept me informed of the progress and cost of my repairs. I have been using this dealer for my repairs since I bought my car in 2010. Consistently Quick, Friendly, and Affordable I really like this Ford dealership a lot--at least their service department.
