Great service and wonderful people I called to set up a time for my oil change and tire rotation and check fluids. Jonathan set up the time I wanted.. Took my Escape in and he said I could wait but I had other things to do but he called with in two hour and said my vehicle was ready. I also received an email telling me it was ready. I beleive if I had taken it to any other place I would have had to wait several hours and I would have had to call and see if it was ready but not at Crossroads they call you. I have already recommended to a couple of people to go purchase their vehicle from Crossroads. Great job More

Exceptional customer service Scheduled my MKX for the works, even though it was the end of the day, the service personal took the time to walk me to and from the various office lo Scheduled my MKX for the works, even though it was the end of the day, the service personal took the time to walk me to and from the various office locations, the lounge, the check out and explained my vehicle was on a recall list as well as went over the service performed. The time-frame estimation for completion was very accurate. I was notified when the service to my vehicle was completed. I also utilized the shuttle service to and from work. The entire staff I was in contact with during my service experience were courteous and professional. I will definitely utilize Crossroads for future service and sales needs.
