Service is excellent I bought my fusion brand new in 2010. I've used the service department for all routine services since I purchased the car. They are amazing! I just recently had an issue and they fixed it in less than a day and it was warrantied! I will never purchase another car from any other dealership. Odd engine repair situation I took my 2006 Ford Escape Hybrid (Purchased new at Crossroads Ford) to Crossroads Ford Lincoln in Frankfort, Kentucky for engine repair. In working w I took my 2006 Ford Escape Hybrid (Purchased new at Crossroads Ford) to Crossroads Ford Lincoln in Frankfort, Kentucky for engine repair. In working with several staff and the co-owner, I had a great experience. I couldn't possibly ask for more effort by all involved and their dedication to customer service. As an aside, while I purchased my vehicle at Crossroads in 2006, my salesman stayed in touch with me over the years, I've gotten to know many of the staff at Crossroads due to my being a Fleet Management Assistant Director for the Commonwealth of Kentucky. They always bent over backwards to help us save taxpayer dollars when dealing with state vehicles. I highly recommend both getting your vehicle serviced at Crossroads Ford and making your next vehicle purchase there. They have demonstrated to me that they truly care about their customers and vehicle care. More
