You can't make this stuff up...unbelievable but true!! March 18, 2019 The lease on my Honda is ending in a couple of months. The car salesman invited me to come in on March 15, 2019 to look over my vehic March 18, 2019 The lease on my Honda is ending in a couple of months. The car salesman invited me to come in on March 15, 2019 to look over my vehicle and to discuss new car options and pricing. My car salesman and the new car sales manager assisted me. I parked my vehicle right in front of the building so they could have easy access to the car. First, the car salesman looked it over. He responded, "It looks like a new car" as the vehicle has less than 6,400 miles. Next the new car sales manager went outside to take a look at my vehicle. The new car sales manager made a quick return. He said, "I have some good news for you and some bad news". What do you want to hear first? I said, "The bad news." He said, "Someone just hit your car". In shock, I said, "You have got to be kidding me!" I immediately went out to see the damage. An 18 year old male had hit my car with his SUV. The salesmen were standing outside so there were several witnesses (I guess they considered this the good news). I said, "Oh no" in a voice that was too loud for the new car sales manager. He quickly responded and said, "I told you to calm down; I am calling the police". I had thought the police had already been called. He ordered me to, "Go inside your car"! I did not comply and I was completely shocked by his attitude (you would think that I was the one who hit somebody's car)! The police arrived and took the necessary information. I was in my car crying. Everyone saw me but not one person from the dealership came out to inquiry as to how I was!! This is a deplorable way to treat your customer. Needless to say, I will never lease or purchase a vehicle from them again!!! More

Traded our old pilot for a new one! Stopped in at the dealership on Monday to see if we could work a deal on trading our 16 Pilot for a new 19 model. Condensing and rude staff terrible customer service. When you try to negotiate, they'll tell you "go to nissan". When we purchased our car it was on a busy Saturday and our 2 small children had dance and birthday parities to attend. He understood that we could not get the full overview of our Honda Pilot while at the dealership and offered to meet us later when he got off work. He came to our house after work and proceeded to go over all the new features of our Honda Pilot to ensure we were taken care of. I have never known of any sales rep to use their own free time to make sure a customer was happy. We really appreciated this specialized attention and it is hard to find someone that goes out of their way to make sure the customer is truly satisfied with the car they just purchased. Thanks Zack!!
