Terrible Service Department The last time I took my Honda accord into Gary smith, they had to jump the battery because it died, when I asked why it died, because that's not norma The last time I took my Honda accord into Gary smith, they had to jump the battery because it died, when I asked why it died, because that's not normal, they couldn't give me an answer. Turns out my batter terminals were extremely corroded because I live and work near salt water, and they didn't tell me, nor did they clean them. One other time I was there, the servicing technician failed to print and fill out the service sheet that shows the status of my battery, tires, etc. so the service liaison printed one and filled it out right in front of me, as if he had done the work or knew himself that everything was good. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! More
