Gary Rome Kia - Service Center

I bought my car here and have never brought it anywhere else for service. Until recently I always had good service. The last 1 1/2 years have been very disappointing. Their service people are always polite else for service. Until recently I always had good service. The last 1 1/2 years have been very disappointing. Their service people are always polite but Gary Rome is arrogant and the actual work being done has not been top notch like before. I have been charged for work not being done, I have been given an estimate for work that they have said needed to be done that I actually didn’t need, and today I was given an estimate that was double the price of what two other garages quoted for the same job. I have walked away feeling taken advantage of and lied to. I will never buy a car from Gary Rome and I will never bring my car back there. I am saddened by this because I love my KIA and I have been nothing but a loyal customer for the last 13 years. Justin and Brian were both very polite. I do not believe their problem is with their customer service team. I have always been greeted and spoken to in a polite and professional manner. More

Still the One !!! I understand that this dealership has recently been extraordinarily busy with service demands, due to the change of seasons... Once I was able to spea I understand that this dealership has recently been extraordinarily busy with service demands, due to the change of seasons... Once I was able to speak to a service rep. and make my needs known, I was immediately given the earliest appointment possible...... My car was decently serviced and repaired.
