I have been a customer of Gary Rome Kia in Enfield for about 20 years. This is my second Kia. I found the Service Department to be very respectful and helpful. Oil change was great but the vacuuming of the inside of my car was clearly done in a hurry. The back seat area was never touched. Had my car serviced on 2/28/22 and Trisden, asst. service mgr, is my go to person. He is professional, honest and listened to my concerns about my 2016 Kia Forte5. It has been sluggish the past few service mgr, is my go to person. He is professional, honest and listened to my concerns about my 2016 Kia Forte5. It has been sluggish the past few weeks and diagnostically they could not find any thing wrong. However, the tech checked the spark plugs and found they needed to be replaced along with the PVC. Also changed the air filter and did the oil change. Trisden was very honest which I very much appreciate and just did not say we can't find anything wrong with the car. Every issue was addressed and the car runs great now!! Also, Trisden had the car returned to me at my home, which is wonderful. Great service and nice staff!! Sandy Hunsinger More
