Oil change was great but the vacuuming of the inside of my car was clearly done in a hurry. The back seat area was never touched. Customer Service Rep was pleasant They were on time to begin the service. The rep told me it would take about an hour and fifteen minutes to complete an oil and filter change along with the usual other ch begin the service.
