Service performed was oil change and air filter. It took over one hour and fifteen minutes. Way too long for a scheduled appointment. Free complimentary car was and vacuuming left me disappointed. Service and repairs went smoothly. Unfortunately my car was unable to be picked up after I was promised it would be ready at 530pm. My car needed work to the sunroof and I have an afte Unfortunately my car was unable to be picked up after I was promised it would be ready at 530pm. My car needed work to the sunroof and I have an after market roof rack which required a key to remove. I was told if I got the key to the dealership by 2:00pm that day for my appointment my car would ve ready at 530pm. When I called to inquire I was told no one was there to sign my paperwork for the car the released. This was a Friday evening and all of this took place PRIOR to the service center closing. But after the garentee of my car being ready that evening, I was told "the guy who signs off on paperwork is gone. You can pick the car up tomorrow" which was a huge inconvience for me and my family. I was verbally apologized too but was still very disappointed in how this was handled. More
