Never called to tell me the tech for my car wouldn’t be there. I had an unsafe vehicle and they told me they couldn’t guarantee they could even diagnose it for at least a month until he came back. They tol there. I had an unsafe vehicle and they told me they couldn’t guarantee they could even diagnose it for at least a month until he came back. They told me to go to a different Kia dealership. So I left with my unsafe car and they fixed it in a day and gave me a loaner. So now I go somewhere else like they suggested. Horrible service. More
