Unfriendly employees who are quick to use attitude when asked questions or things are brought up about disliking the service. Tech didn’t replace fuse cover in car and I didn’t realize until I was home and asked questions or things are brought up about disliking the service. Tech didn’t replace fuse cover in car and I didn’t realize until I was home and when I called to ask about it the office person made it seem like it wasn’t a big deal and I shouldn’t feel frustrated with having to come back because they didn’t know where the part went. Luckily I was able to find it shoved in the back under the passenger seat. Not sure exactly why or how the part was treated like that. Also was in for oil change and tire rotation and car now sounds louder and is making a lot more road noise. This is not reassuring to the customer of a job well done. Now I have go out of my way to get a second opinion to make sure mechanic didn’t do something wrong as these are run of the mill maintenances that shouldn’t cause a noise difference in car. The customer service has been going down hill for years. I’m on my second car from this dealer and when I purchased my first back in 08 there was the friendliest most helpful women in the service department and ever since she left I’ve been less and less impressed every time I go in.
