The first time I went to get my car door fixed, the wrong part was ordered, which was understandable. The second time I went to get it fixed, I got a call that it was all set, go back, pay, and walk out to m part was ordered, which was understandable. The second time I went to get it fixed, I got a call that it was all set, go back, pay, and walk out to my car and realize my door is not fixed. They “fixed” a door that wasn’t broken. They then had to keep it overnight and I was given a Kia soul that was plastered with Gary Rome website, which I felt like I was giving free advertising to the company after they messed up. The service desk worker who I worked with the second time was the only positive experience I had with this whole ordeal. I’m not sure his name but he tried to make everything right and took care of the situation. More
