Service department is a complete scam! My car was in there and after a week they told me they fixed it. Made me bring the car back and they kept it over another week and charged even more to fix what they were supposed to fix the first time. HORRIBLY RUN place that will scam you. Get a second opinion on ANY work they do to your vehicles since it most likely doesn’t need to be done and they just want money. More

I would love to talk to Gary Ron personally about how poor his service department is. They treat women different than they treat men. They gouged you for expensive services you don’t need when there’s a poor his service department is. They treat women different than they treat men. The service manager is not approachable and will not return calls. The only bright and shining spot of your service department is Héctor who is extremely polite but absolutely powerless to help anybody and has put in the way of angry customers. In addition several pieces of my car are missing because their service panels and apparently they were in your technicians away so they never got put back. I have to order a new oil plug because it was stripped by your technicians. More
