My main complaint is since the order for the door handle was not completed correctly I will need to take additional time off from work to have the repair done.

FIRST: If my edit didn't go through...To edit my review to "Literally" and not "WAITED 1&1/2 HOURS FOR A RECALL FUSE, A 10 MINUTE JOB, "LATERALLY"! SECOND: I was asked to call the Parts and Service Director Ivy because I was told " We have attempted to connect with you but are not sure we have the most updated information on file" but yet they texted me and emailed me when it came to my appointment, and I have not received ANYTHING since! I've been trying to find the time for a week or more to call because I do NOT have access to my phone every second of the day like everyone else I guess. When I finally called, he/she was not there. I will not spend another second on this disaster. I have made up my mind when I left Gary Rome of Enfield that I will never return NOR WILL I EVER BUY ANOTHER KIA. If even one person out there would take my advice...Don't buy a KIA, there are much better makers out there, I will die a very happy person!!! Good luck to you all!!!
