Disappointed you're forcing Kia car owners to use Synthetic Oil in cars that didn't require it when it was purchased. Will now have to use another source. More

Roland Buzzell Thank you for the quick response, however I must apologize. Upon further checking my previous service records I found you have been providing synthetic oil in my Sorento since 2015. Apparently I haven't paid much attention to your service reports. I will call the service dept to schedule a synthetic oil and filter appointment this week. Once again, please accept my apology. I was not made aware of recalls on my car that turned a one hour oil change into a 2 hour ordeal. This is the second time an oil change has taken over an hour with no previous warning. More
