I had ordered parts and add my appointment several weeks in advanced. When I arrive red I was advised that one of the parts hadn’t been painted and I would have to come back again. I had my car towed sat to dealership and never got a call back from them regarding the status they kept saying they were going to call and never did. I called 4 times. Atleast call back asking what’s wrong w back from them regarding the status they kept saying they were going to call and never did. I called 4 times. Monday at 9am I had to call cause I still haven’t received a call regarding my car. They said they would update me but still nothing at 11am. Finally called again at 12:30 and they said my car would be ready at 1. I had to call out of my job Monday morning because of it. I needed to know if my car would be fixed or not and if I had to get a rental car. My family has 5 cars from your dealership the communication and customer service was not ideal. This was a problem from the dealership too. It was diagnosed as a defected plug for oil I asked around from mechanics and they said they are never detected cheap yes not defected so this was clearing a mistake by the person changing my oil. I asked for a free oil change with the troubles and only received 10 dollars off. This was a major issue and I don’t no if I will get another car if I can’t get good customer service. More
