This visit wasn't nearly as good as other visits I've had to the dealership. The brake fluid warning light that I brought the car in for "couldn't be replicated" nor explained after 2 days and that was v to the dealership. The brake fluid warning light that I brought the car in for "couldn't be replicated" nor explained after 2 days and that was very concerning to me. There were 58 miles put on my car while it was at the dealership. I find that completely unacceptable for a service visit. And my understanding of the warning light is that when functioning properly, the light comes on when the car is started (also my experience) and then should go off when the car is put in gear. Nowhere could I find where it said the light would/could come on after the car was moving. So I don't understand why it was driven 58 miles??! I picked it up after hours so I wasn't able to speak with anyone in service. The car wasn't washed; there were dirty scuff marks on the inside door frame, 2 empty water bottles on the floor of the passenger side, and the back of the driver's seat was tipped way back. It made me feel that my car went for a joyride. I also had to request a copy of the multi-point inspection as it wasn't included in the paperwork left in the car. In that request, I explained the issues I had with the visit. Trisden emailed the report to me with no response to my concerns - no message at all in the body of the email for that matter. Also, on my 4/4/22 visit to the dealership, I was told that I needed to have the front & back breaks done to the tune of $2k, which I couldn't afford at that time so I decided to put it off until the brakes behaved poorly. The multi-point report from 4/4/22 said my front brakes Rt & Lf had 5mm remaining, and the back brakes also showed 5mm remaining on both Rt & Lt. The report I received for this current visit on 2/7/23 says that the front Rt & Lf is 8mm, and the back Rt & Lt is 8mm. So which is it? Service on my car has always been intimidating because I don't know enough about the workings of the vehicle - maybe shame on me. But when a discrepancy like this happens, it causes a lack of trust in the people I'm working with. Thanks so anyone who reads this dissertation to the end. Jacki Dearborn More

Poor maintenance service. After having paid KIA to get back seat upright fixed, a 2nd fix was very soon needed for the same problem and they quoted nearly $1000.
