While was driving home from work my door latch on my K5 some how broke and my door came ajar, I called the service department at Enfield Kia and Hector answered my call and I explained to him everything th some how broke and my door came ajar, I called the service department at Enfield Kia and Hector answered my call and I explained to him everything that happened mind you it was after 5 pm Hecter told me to bring my car right in and that he would wait for me until I got there knowing that probably it was time for him to end his shift. When I arrived Hector took all the info about the repair and said he will be in contact the next day in which I received a call the next day telling me when my car would be ready. In my opinion Hector should be the Service Manager Mr Rome. One more quick note Hector also gave me piece of mind knowing my car was inside and not out front all night.. Thank You Hector your a true professional. More
