The way I was treated by the woman working the service center desk when I came to pick up my car on Thursday, October 24 at 5:55pm was extremely disappointing. I am now planning on trading in my Kia and center desk when I came to pick up my car on Thursday, October 24 at 5:55pm was extremely disappointing. I am now planning on trading in my Kia and spreading the word to family and friends to AVOID this is particular dealership at all costs. I know what it’s like to work in customer service and I know how you are suppose to treat people and that is not it. I was accused of trying to “claim someone else’s car” as in steal someone else’s car because I touched the top of the Kia keys I thought were mine on the counter. And then she proceeded to scold me on that. I was very happy when I entered the dealership. I was shaking, upset and full of anxiety when leaving. I said hi and smiled and was very courteous. I am so so sorry I mistakenly thought the key was mine and pointed to the top of it. Did she think I was going to run out in the parking lot full of a hundred Kia’s and just press the button til I found the one to steal. The fact she even had the audacity to insinuate that is infuriating. I have spend at least 60 thousand dollars at that dealership. SHAMEFUL to be treated that way. That is no way to treat a person, nevermind a customer. More
