I chose Gary Rome Kia because I had a horrible experience at East Hartford Kia. The experience was so bad that I have removed all traces of them from my Kia. Was very displeased that they didn’t find the problem with my air conditioning the first time.. purchased an extended warranty that is very hard to use, they sell you on it on purchase of the vehicle, ne with my air conditioning the first time.. purchased an extended warranty that is very hard to use, they sell you on it on purchase of the vehicle, never again. I made this appointment two weeks in advance and was told later that day when I went to pick it up they didn't have the part. When I called to remake the appointment and asked why they didn't have it before later that day when I went to pick it up they didn't have the part. I gave them my vin number on the phone when booking the initial appointment also they needed it to make sure my car needed a recall. Furthermore I was recommended three additional services that I approved, and when I went to get my car later in the day, none of those services were do ne either. You wasted my time and left me with no car for a day so I had to depend on others to get to and from work so you not only wasted my time you wasted theirs aswell. More
