Service Advisor was pretty rude from the moment I walked up to her desk to get my vehicle signed in. She ( Merissa McClsin) Rolled her eyes at me when she asked for my phone number I told her I was waiting up to her desk to get my vehicle signed in. She ( Merissa McClsin) Rolled her eyes at me when she asked for my phone number I told her I was waiting for my vehicle and my number was on file. Then she got an attitude with me because I used my own pen to sign the repair order. I did send an email to Trisden Toccaline stating this and that maybe he should talk to her about her attitude and I also gave him my phone number to reach me but he could not be bothered. I will probably not bring my vehicle back to Gary Rome KIA. I’m sure no one will bother to contact me about this review either! More
