The front desk lady is discourteous . I waited long for my turn , she asked where is my car registration , which I forgot, I told her I will get it in my car , parking just few steps to t I waited long for my turn , she asked where is my car registration , which I forgot, I told her I will get it in my car , parking just few steps to the rolled up door , I step out then she entertained another client , I waited again more time, she should wait me it didnt take a minute for me to get the document but she didnt care.
