Had recall for software update fine. But had flat tire same wanted chatge initially 270 for and said tire was not repairable but tire holding up well with plug. Salesman was great. Service is a bit to be desired. Been in for an issue twice. The 2nd time I left the vehicle overnight. They said they couldn't duplicate the problem. He said xxxx talk with the technician and let me know...have not heard back. Since then, I've taken a few videos and sent them to the Service manager. It's been a week and I haven't heard back yet.
