Service Advisor was pretty rude from the moment I walked up to her desk to get my vehicle signed in. She ( Merissa McClsin) Rolled her eyes at me when she asked for my phone number I told her I was waiting up to her desk to get my vehicle signed in. Then she got an attitude with me because I used my own pen to sign the repair order. I did send an email to Trisden Toccaline stating this and that maybe he should talk to her about her attitude and I also gave him my phone number to reach me but he could not be bothered. I will probably not bring my vehicle back to Gary Rome KIA. I’m sure no one will bother to contact me about this review either! More

This was our first experience with the service center. First issue: The crossbar roof rack needed to be installed because it was not ready when we picked up our new Seltos on Friday 11/17. They fit us into their schedule as a priority at 9am Tuesday 11/21. We arrived on time and expected the install to be a priority (since we shouldn’t have been there in the first place). After an hour we were told there was a delay and will be ready shortly, No problem we were patient, however the whole process took an hour and 45 minutes. More
