Appraisal paid for car to be detailed but it wasn't. They left pieces of the tape they used to cover my broken window all over the outside of my car and its very difficult to remove, had to purchase lac They left pieces of the tape they used to cover my broken window all over the outside of my car and its very difficult to remove, had to purchase lacquer thinner to remove it. Terrible communication from the service team, Kia customer care team and Gary Rome's office as well. My car was in the shop for 5 weeks and there was little to no updates to me.
