Terrible communication from the service team, Kia customer care team and Gary Rome's office as well. My car was in the shop for 5 weeks and there was little to no updates to me. Everything went well except for the time provided for completion of the work. The task was supposed to be done at 1:15 and I finally left at 1:50, missing lunch and being late for work. I also missed out completion of the work. The task was supposed to be done at 1:15 and I finally left at 1:50, missing lunch and being late for work. I also missed out on the complementary car wash but we agreed that wouldn't be included to make the estimated completion time. Would still like to get the car wash at some point. More
