I have been a customer of the Gary Rome dealerships both Kia and Hyundai. I personally have purchased three vehicles from them. A 2011 and a 20, 20 Sorento, a 2013 Hyundai Santa Fe and I recommended a frien Kia and Hyundai. I personally have purchased three vehicles from them. The dealership took far too long to repair the problem and then when I went to retrieve the vehicle after they said it was ready to go, it was still malfunctioning and the dealership apologized and said they had to contact Kia engineering for further instructions. Also during this repair. Which is under warranty, I spent over $800 renting of replacement vehicle. Gary Rome company says that Kia does not provide substitute transportation and Gary Rome retains six vehicles for lending to customers who have vehicles being repaired under warranty. When they did finally complete the repair on my vehicle, I was told that the previous repairs were correct but somebody had neglected to reset the vehicle's computer. They did this after which it ran fine. So I had rented a vehicle for approximately 5 days simply because somebody forgot to reprogram the car's computer. Also, the person who I had recommended purchase a vehicle from Gary Rome Kia had a vehicle develop a transmission problem which took Gary wrong Kia almost a month to solve. I do not recommend their service department. If my vehicle develops another engine drivetrain issue that would be covered under warranty. I will simply take the vehicle to my time honoring mechanic who was always provided me with first-rate service. Very disappointing. Also, when I spoke with management of Gary Rome Kia they informed me that there's nothing that they could do about the cost of my rental vehicles. Perhaps I am wrong but in consideration of the time it took them. It makes me wonder if the $800 spent for rental vehicles would have been better spent with my own mechanic mentioned above.. More

The treatment I received was far below the level of professionalism and respect that I expect from your establishment. I encountered disrespectful behavior, a kind of rude language and dismissive attitude. I will never ever buy KIA in my life, nor I would recommend anyone. More
