The salesmen were excellent, same for Sean in Financing office, and the service area fixed my problem on short notice so I was very happy overall. My only complaint was the lack of in house options that were not there for my need/request for installation, i.e., trailer hitch and body side molding. These options were available when I bought my 2019 at Hyundai in town for my Santa Fe at LIA which almost caused your outfit to lose a sale. I will do the trailer hitch on my own thru Amazon. More
