My Kia is a 2013 so I normally go to a local garage. This time though there was a fuse recall so I needed to go to a Kia dealer for a free fix. My dealership is no longer there from years ago. The last time I went to a dealership for a recall (NOT Gary Rome*) I didn't love it. They recommended almost $5k of repairs that weren't necessary.....so I had what needed to be done at my garage for $400. So I was not looking forward to this, but it was very different at Gary Rome. The staff were very efficient and polite. After the repair I was given a recommendation for one thing (the rear allignment) which was reasonable. Also the waiting area is nice and comfortable, and they washed my car complementary at the end. So I felt really good about this dealership and would recommend it. More

I was told I should do my first service here as I purchased vehicle here, I went for an oil change and it ended up costing $140. Apparently, I needed an extra quart of oil which wasn’t accounted for purchased vehicle here, I went for an oil change and it ended up costing $140. Apparently, I needed an extra quart of oil which wasn’t accounted for in the original price of the oil change and my tires need to be rotated already… I did wait over an hour and a half and then when they told me to go out front to get my car once finished I couldn’t find it and then they couldn’t find it and then finally found it and drove it out front for me.. I will not be going back to the dealership for my next service.. More
