1 - Poor -- Overall rating. 1- Poor Communication. The people in service are very nice, but don't seem to be at their desks when I call, and the phone messaging keeps going arou 1- Poor Communication. I have to hang up to call again, but when I talk to someone, it is not someone at the Kia dealer (some central office somewhere?). 2- Poor accuracy of the bill. I am extremely shocked and disappointed at the cost of a simple oil change. I will be going back to the service center to get my bill adjusted. My Niro HEV takes 3.8 to 4 quarts of oil, but I was charged for 5 quarts of oil ($10/quart). Also, charged (unknowingly to me) for $21 MOA (motor oil additive?) and $30 CPE (I still don't know what that is). 3. Outrageous cost for recommended service of replacing filters. I was quoted almost $200 to replace the cabin and engine filters. These filters cost me $25 and took me 15 minutes to install. The engine filter took literally 1 minute to replace with no tools needed. This is true price gouging. 4. Incomplete service. The service-minder reset was not performed upon completion. I called to see how to do it, but they did not give me the correct instructions to do it at home. I needed to return to the dealer to have it reset. 5. Outrageous total bill. $146 for an oil change is over twice what it should be. My much larger F-150 oil change was around $80 AT THE FORD DEALER. I will be going elsewhere for my oil changes in the future. More

I left three different voicemails for the service department to call me regarding an appointment, but never heard from them. The quality of repairs is acceptable, this time I only had an oil change, but the prices are outrageous. More
