I bought a 2008 Hyundai Elantra from Gary Rome Hyundai, at the advice of my insurance agent. When the time came for me to look at a new car, Gary Rome is the place I went. At the same time that I was looking at a Sonata, I was having my Elantra serviced. Both from the service and the sales sides of things, it was a great experience. The service people were all friendly to the max (as the kids used to say), knowledgeable, and helpful. They identified the problem and corrected it in a very short time, and explained to me what had been done. As far as the sales side of things goes, Keith Brecher was excellent. He found out what I was looking for, and showed me a number of options to consider. He took me for a test drive, explaining where all the equipment for the car was, and how it operated (lights, wipers, mirror and seat adjustments). He then sat down with me and went over financing, insurance, down payment, and current incentives, because, of course, once I drove the car I decided I wanted to buy it. When we were arranging financing, I informed him that I wanted to put a large amount down on the car, bringing my monthly payments to a more manageable amount. He actually drove me back to Enfield so that I could get a bank check in the amount I wanted to put down. This made it so that I could complete all the paperwork I needed that day, rather than having to go back a second day with the check. From start to finish, he made my car buying experience great. With its bright, clean, airy atmosphere, bright, friendly, knowledgeable people, both sales and service, with its wide selection of inventory, with its great pricing, and with so much more, Gary Rome Hyundai is the dealership I would recommend above any other. I have purchased two cars from them now, and if I ever need another one, I know where I am going to go. More

He presented all my options to me for financing, the option to lease, and walked me through the different features on the different sedans. When I picked up the car everything was ready for me. Paul walked me through setting up my bluetooth and other features in the car (XM radio, cruise control, etc). All in all it was a pleasant experience and I will return to Gary Rome Hyundai to purchase my next car! More
