Mike defies the greasy supplicant with questionable integrity that you find at most dealerships. He was straight forward in asking us what we were looking for. He showed us several models that were based on our needs and price rather than showboating and upselling to give him a higher commission. There was no pressure and stress. We visited another dealership and got good service but mike's down to earth attitude and the product won out overall. I leased my car in February and mike has been in intermittent contact with me ever since. I had a small issue with my cars performance due to a recall and dealt with the service manager who was outstanding.
