This is what I remember it was like back in the 60's and 70's - gritty, grumpy guys who loved the cars, but could do without their drivers. 1. The guys at sign-in treat you like an inconvenience, They sit glued to computer screens, then go to the printer to staple paperwork together, and then walk away. Without much looking up one or another may say, "Be with you in a moment." Expect to stand there for 3-5 minutes while they ignore you. They may be busy, but they surely give the impression of trying to avoid customers. 2. Don't expect to be greeted with any welcoming or respect. Remember, you're an inconvenience. 3. Often they ask why I'm there because there's no record of why I scheduled the appointment. Nor do they check to see if there is a problem with the scheduling system. It's evidently not their problem. 4. The new on-line scheduling system doesn't tell the guys at the desk about the appointment. Today I showed up at 7:30 for a routine servicing. The guy asked why I was there. I told him and he said the computer showed nothing but my name, and that they didn't start operations until 8:00. Hmmm, the online system clearly showed what they planned to do, and I got a confirmation from the dealership that the appointment was 7:30. More

Great Sales Team, worst possible service department Any and all work either warrantee or customer pay has been fine. The problem is with the service desk. If you call, you must leave a message on the answering machine. If they do call back, it takes a couple of days, and then you have to schedule out 3-5 weeks, depending on type of service you need. The last 2 times I dropped my Jeep off the night before, there were no envelopes or pens in the night drop box. A recent service call had me getting a loaner, as my vehicle was not done. Keep in mind I dropped it off the night before, and they had it all day. When I got there at 4:00, not only was it not done, I don't think they had even started it. Again, no fault of the mechanics or sales team. More

To Mr. Gary Miller jr... "My name is David Hatton. As you may already know I just raced out of your showroom and away from an almost certain Dodge truck lease agreement as fast as I escape. I already know exactly what I want. I've been shopping out of state for 2 months. But I want the convenience of close-by service. I only need to wrap up a private sale on my old car to proceed with the truck purchase. However there is now zero percent chance that will happen at GMiller thanks to salesperson Tim Moreland and/or your sales manager. Moreland is a god-awful salesperson, but I was willing to tolerate that...until I was rudely reminded what a 'FAVOR' he and your finance manager were pulling off in my behalf regarding financing. ARE YOU F****** KIDDING ME !! A favor?? Isn't that what car sales is all about? What kind of closing tactic is that? Anyway, I was already routinely approved in South Carolina for a similar deal. My credit issue is trivial relative to what you routinely deal with. I am a career kitchen and bath designer...BIG ticket sales, 100% commission compensated. I know about closing a sale. Like over 500 contracts in my lifetime. Design, price, redesign, reprice. Maybe start over again from scratch with incredibly difficult and finicky homeowners. Bending over backwards and jumping thru hoops of fire is all part of the deal. Would the word 'favor' ever come out of my mouth? Only if I wanted fired on the spot! What an idiot you have on staff. PS. In addition to Moreland, I strongly recommend you get rid of your cheap card tables and 50ct plastic chairs for client consulting. Your showroom is no better than going to the DMV and far worse than my dentists office." More
I was in the market for a new car because my family is growing, but I was very upside down in my current vehicle. The sales people and managerw worked very hard to help me find the right vehicle for my f growing, but I was very upside down in my current vehicle. The sales people and managerw worked very hard to help me find the right vehicle for my family and keep it affordable. All the employees were very friendly with me and my kids. I would recomend these guys to anyone looking for a new or used car. More
Shop everywhere and I got the complete run around. Went Gary Miller met a tremendous salesperson he helped me select the right car. As noted above these people could care less about you after they sell you the car. They had sold me a car with a drivetrain problem and agreed to fix it. After keeping it for over a month they replaced t after they sell you the car. They had sold me a car with a drivetrain problem and agreed to fix it. After keeping it for over a month they replaced the same part that i had replaced and said it was fixed. Lo and behold it wasn't. After this I have had nothing but lies and denial from everyone there. They even went so far as to illegally recording a phone conversation for absolutely no reason, a very unprofessional place to say the least. More
Purchased a vehicle with cash from this dealership last February. I have contacted them on two seperate occassions because i have not received title to the vehicle. This dealership apparently will not contact you after the sale if you have any questions and request answers. The overall buying experiance was pleasant, however, without the paperwork forwarded to me that I paid for, they might as well still hve the vehicle. More
