I went over to the sales building and talked to my sales man and financial man. They were also friendly and of service to me. Thanks to the staff of Gary Crossley Ford. They also have computers for use and TV for use. There is q wireless network for those who have their own device that require a network. I was called when my vehicle was ready and it was washed. Seat Adjustment Everything was great except the drivers seat. The seat had been moved to the extremes with every adjustment. There did not seem to be a reason for this to happen. A test drive was not required to see or correct my problem. Do you know how long it takes to get the seat back into the position that you had become comfortable? I've had both of my cars into the shop one week apart and they both were returned with the extreme seat adjustment. So it does not appear to be an isolated incident. Stop moving my seat for the short period of time and distance you are driving my car. More
Air Conditioning problems Kyle worked very hard to get this issue (after the 3rd time) covered by my Extended Warranty. Unfortunately, I had to pay $280. the first time. I have a 2012 Focus, nothing more need be said about the transmission. They got it in and out of the shop when promised. I was told that with the new fix, of reprogramming the computer, it would take a couple of weeks for the computer to learn my driving habits. I'll give it a couple of weeks, but so far (1 week) it seems to be a slow learner. We'll see what happens. More
