Service on Car Recently I purchased a use Ford Explorer from the dealership and Gene Burgen was my salesman. I have purchased from Gene in the past and recommend friends to him. I had an issued with the vehicle that could not be foreseen with any inspection. I contacted Gene and within that day, he had scheduled an appointment, had the service department order the parts needed and made arraignments for me to have a loaner car ready. So far customer service has been the best so far from Both Gene and the Staff at Gary Crossley. I would recommend it anyone that is looking to buy a Ford, it is local, free car wash and Gene is the best to work with. More
