Routine Service I went in without an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation at 87,000 miles. The guys had me going in a short time. The Service Manager took the time to discuss the condition of the brake pads and rotors to let me know that they will need to be replaced on my next scheduled service. We made plans so I could leave the truck for the day next time. It was nice to know this in advance so I could make arrangements ahead of time and not have to spend the day at the shop. When things go wrong at Ford, but the people make it right. I waited 15 minutes, and as we all know, time is invaluable, so I left. At this point in time I was really thinking about going to another place of business for my needs, considering I don't have time for lousy service, then I spoke to the Manager Kyle, and he corrected everything for me, on him, I didn't have to pay anything and even got a free car cleaning, where mistakes are made, when they're realized and corrected, it's a good place of business, thus I appreciate the efforts of Kyle, and the only reason I continue to service my vehicle there, for now. More
