Body repair I use this dealership for all my service needs. So when I was in the accident and they asked me where I wanted to take my car, it was a no brainer. I have had occasion to use Quick Lane, Service Department, now the body shop. From the time I dealt with my salesman Sam until now this dealership has demonstrated quality service and has impressed me. I sent my daughter to buy a car from you and that says alot. If I will trust my family with your service then I would trust you with anyone I know. Needless to say I will recommend you to everyone I know. I will also continue use you for all my service needs. I always purchase a lifetime alignment on my vehicle, this has never occurred. I have to take care of this separately and go to Firestone to have the service which is very inconvenient. I would think that someone that has purchased a maintenance plan as well as has been a repeat customer (numerous times!!) that when such a suggestion is made to improve the "maintenance plan" as a service at this dealership. I have voiced this in person and so now I guess it's best to make this part of the survey and perhaps the information will reach the right person. Even those in service have told us that this is a request they receive on a regular basis, but nothing has changed. GCF needs to realize that customers are interested in this service and it only makes sense for it to be included as part of the maintenance plan. I would be happy to discuss this in person or by phone if someone wants to take the initiative to do so. This should most certainly be taken into serious consideration as a revision to the "maintenance plan". More

Experience was all we could ask for Service got our truck in on a Sat morning to put on new tires and had it finished by 1pm and we didn't even have an appointment.
