Excellent repair work I am very happy with the repair work made to my vehicle. Looks great. Initially, Frank Buck was handling the repairs to my vehicle. When I inquired I am very happy with the repair work made to my vehicle. Looks great. Initially, Frank Buck was handling the repairs to my vehicle. When I inquired about a completion date, I learned that he no longer worked there, almost two weeks after the fact. It would have been nice if someone would have contacted me. Service For being a customer of Gary Crossley Ford for along time, I had to take my 2014 Ford Explorer in for service due a gear shifter problem. I took my Ex For being a customer of Gary Crossley Ford for along time, I had to take my 2014 Ford Explorer in for service due a gear shifter problem. I took my Explorer in and was given my loaner car and off I went. After a few hours I was called and advised that my vehicle was ready. I retrieved my Explorer and off I went. The customer service of the dealership is that they treat you, no matter who you are, as family. If by chance you have and questions or issues, you can always talk with Christina, their Service Department Customer Service Rep. She is the best in the business. So I highly recommend them. More

Outstanding service! I made an appointment for service - - the first one on our new vehicle. The place was busy!
