Great Customer Service Was having some problems with my 2014 Explorer having a hard time wanting to start. I went into the service department, where I was met by Christina, Was having some problems with my 2014 Explorer having a hard time wanting to start. I went into the service department, where I was met by Christina, their GREAT Customer service person. I told her the issues I was having and without hesitation she gathered the information from my vehicle and had them check it out. It turned out that the battery was having some problems. I had the battery replaced and they had me on the road within the hour. I have had nothing but Great Service at Gary Crossley and my salesman Gene Burgen, contacted me as soon as he found out I was in the service department. Can't beat that for nothing. More

JC's adventure The experience was good as usual. They took a little longer than I wanted but what can you expect when you don't make an appointment, just drive in. The experience was good as usual. Went and spent some time with Rick the finance guy, which is always a joyful experience. Had a couple cups of coffee and some chips free at the service center. The agent "young lady, having trouble remembering her name" is very knowledgeable about the vehicle, Told me where the vehicle was with tire ware and my service program. Also answered my questions that I had. More
